1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Growth Today, LLC ("Growth Today", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Delaware with its principal place of business at 221 W 9th St, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Growth Today provides GTM automation and outbound lead generation services for B2B companies, including:

• Outbound campaign strategy, setup, and management
• Email infrastructure and deliverability setup
• Audience and contact list building
• Copywriting and personalisation
• CRM enrichment, RevOps, and workflow automation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1  Minimum Commitment: By engaging our services, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months ("Minimum Term").

4.2  Fees: You agree to pay the monthly fee as specified in your service agreement. Payments are processed via Stripe or wire transfer.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, and approvals required for the successful performance of our services, including:

• Information about your company and target audience
• Timely review and approval of campaign materials
• Management of and responses to leads and booked meetings

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of service provision, including campaign strategies, client data, processes, and pricing. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes developed and used by Growth Today remain the property of Growth Today. Deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment of all outstanding fees.

8. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Growth Today does not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads, replies, or meetings booked.

9. Limitation of Liability

Growth Today will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Growth Today harmless from any claims, actions, or proceedings arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Termination

After the Minimum Term, either party may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. Growth Today may terminate immediately if the Client materially breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unlawful conduct.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
