Frequently asked.

Do I need Clay experience to join?

No. The program is designed for people who are new to Clay or have basic experience. We start from fundamentals and build up. That said, if you've been using Clay for months and want advanced strategies, the Pro tier with 1-on-1 sessions will give you more value.

Where is the in-person kickoff held?

Location varies by cohort and will be announced with each cohort opening. We aim for major European cities. If you can't attend in person, a virtual option is available — but we strongly recommend showing up. The relationships built on day one are worth it.

How much time do I need to commit per week?

Plan for 4-6 hours per week. This includes watching the pre-recorded modules (1-2 hours), attending the live session (60-90 minutes), and implementation work on your own system (2-3 hours). The more you put in, the more you get out.

What if I use a different campaign tool than the ones covered?

The campaign management module is platform-agnostic by design. We cover the principles of deliverability, sequence architecture, and campaign management using Smartlead, Instantly, and Lemlist as examples — but the concepts apply to any tool. If you use a different platform, you'll still get full value.

Is this a replacement for hiring an agency?

It depends on your goals. If you want to build internal capability and understand the systems yourself, this program is the fastest path. If you need a fully managed, done-for-you outbound engine, our agency services might be a better fit. Many clients do both — the accelerator upskills the team while we handle execution.

Can my company pay?

Yes. We provide invoicing for companies. Many participants have their employer cover the cost as professional development. We're happy to provide a scope document you can share with your manager for approval.

What happens after the program ends?

You keep lifetime access to all pre-recorded materials. The cohort Slack channel stays active. We release quarterly updates to the curriculum as tools and strategies evolve. Alumni get priority access and discounted rates for future cohorts.
